We want getting your hands on The Fight Languages to be the easy part. Here's what you need to know about shipping, returns, and what happens if something doesn't go quite as planned.
Shipping
Physical books purchased through our website are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout, so you'll see the total before placing your order.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Delivery times depend on your location, the shipping method selected, and the carrier. Any estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email when available.
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your purchase, but we also believe in being upfront about our policies.
All sales of physical books are final. We don't accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind, accidental purchases, or books that have been read and are no longer wanted.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, that's a different story. We'll work with you to make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please email thefightlanguages@gmail.comwithin 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and photos if possible. We'll review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
If a return is necessary because of our error or a defective product, we'll cover the return shipping costs.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information says your order was delivered but you haven't received it, start by checking with your shipping carrier and anyone else who may have accepted the package.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we'll help investigate. We'll review confirmed shipping issues individually and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Digital Products
Digital downloads and online resources are delivered electronically and generally cannot be returned once access has been provided.
Refunds for digital products are not offered for changes of mind. If a file doesn't work, a download link fails, or you can't access something you purchased, contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
